Sacred Cacao Ceremony
Step into a space of deep connection as we gather for a sacred cacao ceremony designed to align heart, body, mind, and spirit. This ancient heart-opening ritual works with the heart chakra, allowing the channels of the body to open, bringing you back to your center and helping you live in peaceful balance. As we share this sacred cacao, we settle into the present moment, filling our own cups so we may, in turn, fill the cups of others. By purchasing a ticket or registering for any event, ceremony, or gathering hosted by Breath & Flame and/or DUB Temple, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies. Please purchase mindfully and ensure your availability before committing.
Non-Transferable
Tickets and registrations are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or reassigned to another individual without express written permission from the event organizers.
Event Cancellations by Organizers
In the unlikely event that Breath & Flame or DUB Temple must cancel or reschedule an event, participants will be notified as soon as possible. If rescheduled, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date. If the event is permanently canceled, credit may be offered at the sole discretion of the organizers.
Weather & Force Majeure
Events will take place rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to acts of nature, government orders, public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
By registering, you accept this policy in full. Thank you for honoring the integrity of the ceremonial space and the energetic commitment you make by reserving your place.
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your private session, we ask that you provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours before your appointment time without penalty.
Requests made within 72 hours of your session will not be accommodated and will result in forfeiture of your session without refund or credit.
Sessions may only be rescheduled once. Additional changes will require a new booking.
